Installing the Free Pascal Compiler (FPC) and Lazarus on Windows is a simple process.

1) Download Lazarus at www.Lazarus-ide.org (FPC is included with Lazarus)
2) Run the installer exe
3) Run Lazarus

Lazaus and FPC can work on Windows, Mac and Linux. Lazarus can make GUI and command-line programs and apps.
